It might. They both use the 575 watt motor. I have the 6 quart and make a lot a lot of bread. I find six is the perfect size for doughs using up to nine cups of flour.
If you're going to use it to make dough with any regularity, you want something big and heavy like this. Anything with enough torque to mix and knead dough is going to shake and wobble if it isn't heavy.

Ugh…I always see these and want one but I feel like they are the monster cables of kitchen mixers. Can anyone tell me if there is a noticeable difference between this and a regular mixer?

It's definitely a good mixer but it's huge & heavy. So if either of those things r an issue for u, keep that in mind. If u would use it a lot, it's the 1 ppl use.

Any decent deals on the 6 Quart this Black Friday? Or will the Pro 5 Plus take a 6 quart bowl?

The five quart is 525 watts, the six quart is 575 watts.

I did buy the Sams club one but haven't opened the box yet... So I can return it easily.
And how good is the food processor attachment? It seems to be on sale as well at BestBuy
