The wording is a bit confusing, to me. You have to purchase THREE cards in order for one of them to get the 20%. By reading the offer I foolishly thought it was buy the first one at full price then the second one would be 20% off.
So this deal even with Red Card does not match the Kroger deal when it is offered at 13% off (with the sometimes added bonus of 4X fuel points). But if you are in a bind right now, go for it !!!
you have to buy 3 and the 20% is applied to the 3rd. for example if i put three $25 att cards in my cart it will show -$5 discount.
In the past it's always been buy 2 and the second one is discounted, that's why I think it's an error on their part. I'm going to try and reach out to them.

Yes, this is what they have always done. I assume its a mistake, but who knows.

I put the two prepaid cards into my cart online then called Target customer service and spoke to a representative who gave me the 20% off plus 5% Red Card discount. Maybe I got lucky but it was very easy. I also got help getting a $7 refund for a toaster I bought mid October that's on sale this week!
