It's amazing in that each button is programmed separately directly from another remote. You can use 1 button for tv power, 1 button for sound bar, volume buttons for sound bar, channel buttons for cable box etc. You could program one to an old fan that has a remote or a window A/C unit. Literally each button can do anything that another (IR) remote can do.

How would I use this with my Chromecast remote? It seems like most of the buttons are redundant. What would be some applications for A and B buttons? Is this thing intended to control a third device like a DVD?

Had one for an older Roku that didn't have the power and volume buttons and it was useful.

It won't do everything you want but the 4K fire stick is $25 at the moment and the TiVo 4K stream is like $15 at WM and that remote does allow you to switch inputs.

It just seems overpriced for me when you can get an actual streaming device for not that much more.

Did anyone receive their Sideclick yet? Mine says it was shipped on the 22nd, but USPS tracking says it's still waiting to receive the package.
