You either need to buy the Caseta switch (not dimmer), the ELV dimmer, or the capacitor. The ELV switch is expensive at $100, but the capacitor needs some space in your box, which can be very tough if it's small and you're already fitting in all wireless switches/dimmer into it.
BTW, these Lutron Caseta products are always cheaper on eBay. As long as you buy new, I have never had even a single one bought off eBay go bad over the years. Ive bought hundreds (maybe close to a thousand) so far.
Or, Home Depot. In-store bulk pricing for Lutron dimmers in my area is $38 if you buy 3+.

With the pico remote, it allows this system to Replace a three way switch. I prefer physical switches for turning lights on and off, so this is much better than any Wi-Fi lightbulb in my opinion, with my family of various ages.

However I've read the non-neutral switches cause flicker with LED bulbs. Anyone able to confirm?

Lutron has an extensive and detailed compatibility list for LED bulbs on their website. I've found many bulbs NOT on the list still work, but there may be limited dimming range or other caveats.
Edit: compatibility tool - https://www.lutron.com/en-US/page...ility.as

I'm in the Lutron system now though as new house as old wiring so I'm just waiting for deals on stand alone switches without the hub….
