I don't understand all the complaints. Cain's are franchises and it's pretty unfair to paint them all with the same brush. I've been to Cain's all over with different experiences at each.

Was finally able to try out Canes because the school my sons go to had a fundraiser event there. I didnt think there was anything special with their chicken. The chicken strips would've been bland if it wasnt for their sauce. The bread was great when you add the strip and sauce together. The coleslaw was awful. Lastly, the Canes close to me is pretty new and their portions were small. Can't say anything about other locations, but I wouldn't go back to my location again.

Went yesterday after the Dallas Cowboys loss and got defeated again. The strips were 2 1/2 inches long Frown I went hungry and left starving!

They have an app - I have it on Android and I'm assuming there's an IOS one too. Just search "Raising Canes" in the app store. If you can login to the website where you've associated your card membership # you should be able to login to the app too. Earlier on I think they didn't have all this tied together but I think they may have done so in the past year or two. If not, then you'll just have to sign up for a new account with the app but should still be able to associate your card number and the corresponding rewards (as applicable) should show up for you in the app.

Seems like anything in styrofoam without any ventilation makes your food soggy. That's why u gotta ask for your tenders to be well done so the chicken is also cooked thoroughly.

Raising canes is one of a the few fast food places where to go absolutely sucks…everything gets soggy. Who has room to ventilate 4 boxes of meals in your car lol. It's only good for dine in imo. My friend is a canes fiend and he refuses to eat it to go.

Also about 5 years ago the strips were huge and the Caniac was 8.50. Now the strips are half the size and the Caniac is like 13. It's crazy how expensive it got.

The Canes over here always has crazy long lines. My wife orders online and does curbside. In and out of the parking lot in less than 5 minutes.
