From the reviews it appears they're shipping this in an envelope (like everything else these days), so it's going to arrive with a beat-up box inside.

I got mine in a shipping box in perfect condition, but the product box was crunched pretty bad. They might have been shipping some in envelopes as per the previous comment to blame the damage on shipping?
