This is a quality product. I bought one a year or two ago when it was on sale I think for $149. $99 after coupon is a great price. They have a set of videos online that you can use to exercise specifically for this kettlebell. (on the Bowflex site).

I bought the 2 Bowflex 55lb dumbell set that was posted on here a few weeks ago, and I love them. Good quality brand, I'm just wondering if the price could go cheaper for all the New Year Resolutions season of folks wanting to get fit....

i weight 175 and can max out at around 195lbs on the bench. never used kettlebells. Is 40lbs enough for all exercises for someone of my level?

Max out at what? Bench? Squat? Deadlift? Kettlebells can be workout on their own. Explosive exercises like swings, snatches, thrusters, and goblet squats.

That's such a weird thing to say. Max out on what? You can bicep curl 195 lbs too? I would research kettlebells and their overall function before trying to humble brag about your strength.
