Good numbers, Corsair is a great name, a little slower in the Timing, 16-20-20-38 vs. 16-18-18-38. Does that mater a lot, not sure and in the real world, I don't think you would see any difference.
Also, it's cheaper at Newegg:
$105-$5 promo code = $100. [newegg.com] If there are no taxes in your states, Newegg might be the best price. I had to pay taxes here

Is there are real difference in speed? In the real world, not at all. You have to do some serious number crunching to see a difference and if would only be miner.

Now, 16gig vs 32gig is another question. I have been running 32gig for over 10 years on two computer and both ran without a hitch. At one point, I had to run 16gigs on my old computer and boy, did I see a difference. I could not run Lightroom and Photoshop at the same time without the computer bogging down. With 32gigs, my computers do not bog down at all, runs as smooth as silk.
So for intense work, I highly recommend 32gigs of ram. And at this price, you can buy 64gigs of ram for the same price as 16gigs of your old ram.
