Here's the link for the W3 heads I've been using. May the odds be ever in your favor - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0719DJ9CN/

I haven't got any issue with my Amazon orders in the past with Amazon as the seller.

Amazon deal = 4 brush heads for $25.
Costco deal = 6 brush heads for $40.
6 brush heads should last 1 person about 6-9 months easily. By saving about $3 per person every 6-9 months, I am not sure if it is even worth buying from Amazon and then going through hassle of returns/complaints. Unless of course you are hurting so much for money that the 50c you save per month is worth your time.
