Unless I were dead set on a top-mounted 240mm AIO for some reason, I'd probably spend $10 more for the NZXT H510 they have for $60 right now (no rebate). It's not the absolute most intake airflow from its front/back panel, but it's more than you can pull through the slits on the front of the 4000D.

They got bought out by some Chinese company apparently and people didn't like it. Others say their customer service sucks now when before the acquisition it was really good. I only had one experience with their CS and it was pretty good, I just hate they got rid of shoprunner on the site. I also live by a MC so I price match them lol

Newegg got bought out by a Chinese company in 2016 (https://www.techpowerup.com/22677...se-company) and their customer service went downhill pretty fast. They used to have a ton of good deals and bundles which dried up around the same time they were bought out. Aside from always pushing MIRs (which I never had issues with), they also started charging restocking fees, and tried to push a premium subscription model for shipping. They sort of ended up like Tigerdirect for a while.
