I have been checking daily for this yearly special offer gift cards deal to start. In previous year, there was a limit of one gift card every seven days or until supplies ran out. This year, however, I noticed that the limit is one gift card every FIFTEEN days! Pretty lame as these deals usually run for only about four weeks.

Can't give you a list, but whenever people do present the list, they usually forget to include the AT&T Universal Platinum card which does qualify with a minimum annual spend of something like $500 (at least for me). It is a useless card in almost every other way except that it is free and the only reason I keep the card. For me, it way more than pays for the otherwise complete lack of rewards in the number of discounted and free gift cards I get every year.
