I got two builds with 3060s for $733 + tax each. Best price I think so far this week?
I know these Pavilion builds are near-garbage, but because they come with the G-series AMDs, you can use integrated graphics in a pinch. Many of the other Dells, etc., only come with the X-series AMD CPUs (no integrated graphics).
The 3060 is very likely the LHR v2 version, which means you'll need to use the latest T-Rex miner for ETH to get ~74% hashrate at the time of this posting.
Unless you wanted to mine long term (aka past ETH 2.0), there's less sense in buying a 10-series card for mining these days than just buying a 20- or 30-series card that will depreciate much slower due to their continued gaming performance and all that, but to each their own.
Anything "new" under $20 per 1MH/s, is pretty good, IMO.

1) You're fast enough
2) You don't get scammed by a silly seller or get something not as described
3) You don't care about getting as much resale value or extended use. A 470 is fairly basic for use in 2021, whereas a 3060 will be decent for gaming, and great for general purpose, for around 5 years.

How do you get $733??

Bummer. BTW, do you think a 6900 XT for $1500 is really that bad of a deal compared to buying a rebuilt just for the GPU? Saves some hassle, somewhat sucky hashrate for the cost however.
