Honestly, Ravpower power bank is very good. But Amazon removed all their products couple years ago, maybe for paid reviews. But their products are very good. I have this power bank for 3 years and still very good compared to most of other brands. It holds a charge so damn good and the weight/size is very fair. Baseus packs have been as reliable or better for me than Anker, and they're affordable. Their 10k $20ish USB C in/out pack takes in 9500mah in, while my 10k Anker pack only takes in 8600mah and I haven't used it much over the years due to the slow recharge.

My hunch is that a power bank brand can be judged (though not solely) by their BEST product. If they have a quality power bank that outputs 100+W, then I assume that at least most of their products are legit.

On Amazon, this is the most powerful power bank of the Conqto brand. In fact, this is their ONLY power bank. So... yikes. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a bad 10000mAh battery masquerading in a 13000mAh power bank.

This charges at 10W using the inbuilt cable. And 20W using the usb c port.

You can find better banks in under $20 range.
