Then don't click on YMMV deals? I don't care if 99% of people can't replicate the deal, because you never know if you are going to be that lucky 1% some day. But then we get people like you who would rather us never see them and miss out.

This news is like a week and a half old. The problem is this is on a per store basis. As far as I can tell there is no way to figure out which store is clearing out their stock. One of my local stores had it at this price, but their stock is cleared out. Online you can have this shipped to said store, but it shows doing so you will be charged full price.
I suggest if you are at/near Home Depot for something else just go check while you are there. Don't bother driving around. I went to 5-6 last week. Only one had this price.

HD shows you a button on the web page that says "See in store clearance price" if it is in stock and on clearance at your store. It will show you the clearance price as well.
If you dont see this, it is not on clearance.
