I don't understand why they would call this a "water enhancer". This is a physical lemon replacement. Wherever you would use lemon juice from a real lemon you would substitute it with this.
You use this for cooking, baking, anything...
I personally use these for soups, seafood, sparkling water... And others

I knew I was going to hate this stuff but went by the people on here that loved it so I ordered it. They proved me wrong, the stuff is great. I prefer the lime and hope they put that one sale soon. The lime is really good to add to margarita mix and gives it an extra punch.

These are a staple in my kitchen. Perfect for when something needs a squeeze of lemon and you don't have any fresh lemons on hand. This are much better than the lemon juice from the store. I used some today on a Costco Caesar salad to brighten it up a bit.
