That information is missing. It just says 4k@30Hz for mini displayport, HDMI and VGA.
Also, never heard of the website. Trustworthy?
That's what I'm looking for also - something that can power my USB-C monitor and HDMI (hopefully power) but seems like that's rare to find, and definitely not at this price point.
This used to be "PC Connection" and "Mac Connection" - from decades ago. I bought my 28.8K modem from them, that's how long they've been around (yes, that means I'm old).
These might be alternatives, first one seems identical in specs to the Targus, including 4k30hz. It came out in 2019 and is currently 50% off. The second one is slightly cheaper, and came out in 2021. I couldn't find the refresh rate, and it lacks an ethernet port.
Would this still work if I used a USB-C to USB-A converter to connect the dock? My Lenovo Flex doesn't have USB-C.
Short answer is that it'll likely won't work. The throughput needed by the dock to be a hub for everything and displays would exceed the USB2 or 3 limits that your laptop has.
What do you use this for? Do you take it to the motel. reach behind the TV. brush off all the dead roaches and plug it in to the old crt tv?
That is what I do. When I travel for business, sometimes a second monitor is helpful. I have not been in a hotel in years that does not have a flat screen TV with HDMI inputs. Granted the TV is usually outputting at a low resolution, but it is good enough for what I need it for.
Perhaps this is a dumb question, but how many monitors can this support at the same time? The documentation doesn't mention how many graphics ports it can use at the same time. It's unlikely to support all three, but will it support 2?
My use case is to use it as a docking station at my desk, feeding two screens at the same time along with PD, network and audio.
I noticed it even says that in the description on connection.com - first bulled under Key Features. SINGLE and OR - so you can only use one of those at a time. Bummer indeed.
Supports single 4K UHD HDR @ 30 Hz video via Mini DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA ports to support projectors and HDTVs

Can it do dual 1080p or even better dual QHD if not dual UHD? The reviews are confusing as somebody claimed dual monitors which I assume usually mean 1080p

Then you have to wait, no mention the price...
