Walmart "Early Access" deals are not available to Walmart+ trial members
https://www.walmart.com/plus/faq/early-access
Do I have to be a paying member to get early access?
Yes, you'll need to be a paying Walmart+ member to get early access
--------
Anybody know the latest date one can signup?
Note: "Walmart+ membership requires at least one valid card on file."
I just signed up. I was already logged into my Walmart account. I attempted to delete my current credit card on file as bank canceled it due to fraud on my account. The above message was displayed when I attempted to delete payment method. So if we are required to have a card on the account we will be charged automatically after 90 days if we do not cancel. Leaving no card on the account does not appear to be an option.
Note Plus : I just tried signing up , it did not ask for credit card. Successfully subscribed.

not as many perks as Prime, but can pay for itself if you do groceries and regular small orders. hoping they add additional perks to be more competitive- the exclusive/early access to deals is a good start.
But Heads up, this will NOT make you eligible for W+ Exclusive Black Friday deals.
they have been very explicit that only PAID memberships get that perk.
...guess they learned from the Salesforce fiasco lol
also check you favorite CB/Point/rewards outlets for W+ kickbacks. you can sometimes get a year free or half off

Good deal for new members though. Normally only 14-days free. Thanks OP!

I know. I figured it would probably be only for new subscribers, but was hoping that maybe they would grant existing members an offer or extension. Was worth a shot. As predicted it didn't work.

i dont think they have that "free" year anymore since the last swagbuck deals.
"New this year, paying Walmart+ members will receive early access to online Black Friday events throughout November "

Google "paying Walmart+" and you'll see that almost every news release and deal site is using that language
