I think the OP mentioned that it's also for some partnered employers. They mention: "Try signing up with your work email".

Previous Samsung deals have worked for companies that participate in corporate partnership programs (I believe such as PerksAtWork)

Thanks for the info. I do have PerksatWork account but not sure which one has the LG.
