Pretty much the best desktop deals this Black Friday so far. While there are solid deals on i7's, I really hate i7-11700K CPU's in general and 5600x just provides way better performance for the heat and power consumption. It is especially important in pre-built's like this.

Corporateperk.com offers 10% points from Employee Purchase Program, however I can't get a working coupon code to stack with it. It is still cheaper overall. I am getting $1741 on 5600x and 3080, 10% points brings it to $1567 which is $50 cheaper than non-EPP.

I will pull the trigger if I can get one more coupon code to stack, also hoping for HP to offer a more loaded configuration on Black Friday for 5600x. A bit more memory and disk space, anything!

This is actually a repost of a deal I posted yesterday, but you wouldn't know at a glance because they completely screwed up the title when they made it front page. (It's the one with pavilion 5700g for $1026.)

My original title included a few pavilion and omen configurations, as the whole intent of it was to list several good configurations of both Pavilion and Omen with updated pricing. They made it look like a Pavilion-specific post, and highlighted one of the less popular configurations to boot. (I'm not bitter lol)

Also, I wasn't aware at the time, but others are reporting edu does work with 10gamer2021 code making this 3080 build $1566.

Still cheapest priced prebuilt with RTX 3080. 2x8gb 3200 CL16 kit is $50-60 dollars then set timing to 1600 for 3200 in Ryzen Master program or check Ebay for the OEM HP Omen 30L 8gb stick currently around $45-50 dollars.

The Power supply for 3080 config is Cooler Master 800w GOLD even mining this wouldn't use 400w. People lower power limit on 3080 to around 224w. It does need the Thermal pad install to lower the Memory Temps

Costco has the best 3060TI deal. Although the quality of XPS is lower than Omen for gaming overall.

Omen is easily the best 3080 deal. Whether 30-40% more FPS is worth the 30-40% price difference, is up to you.

Same, but listed configs are for cheapest way to get the gpu or the cpu/gpu combo. You can upgrade ram in configuration but it would probably be cheaper to just buy as listed and install a whole new 16gb kit after.

Whats the Costco deal? Still would get 3080 would last longer in coming years for performance. That's why i never buy xx60 series cards.

I added one to my cart last night (while they were still available). It's letting me pick PayPal and gives me the "place order" button. What are the chances they'll cancel?

Maybe I am missing something here but how is it a good deal? if you count all other components before GPU, you are really paying like $1000 for 3080. Heck they could've thrown 16Gb at least at this price.
