You're welcome. I don't think they carry this brand in other stores. It's a Walmart exclusive brand.

Where did you get that information? As long as you don't overload it and plug into it what it can handle you should be fine. It doesn't always matter what brand of extension cord you have. if you plug in something that has a larger amp and voltage rating then you would obviously use a different type of extension cord that could handle that much power. Most extension cord fires stem from people plugging high powered electronics or appliances into a basic extension cord.
