It's probably worthwhile mentioning the $24.99 set is close enough to trigger free shipping. Also, Macy's has ten percent $ back through a certain other site.

I really like these bowls, but if they shatter, they explode into a tiny semicircular shards of glass. Mine did at least. That said, I'm getting another set as it's cheaper than buying the one replacement bowl.

This is the pyrex set I WISH I had ordered. I got the one from Target and it was too small but I don't feel like returning a $10 item and I don't want to order this and have a ton of Pyrex on hand so...I guess I'll make smaller portions Smilie

lids on these pyrex containers does not last long, you have to buy lids separately than it will become expensive than original prize

Seriously, they really need to put out a bundle for lids. My ma keeps asking me to look for & order replacement lids because they always end up cracking on her.

With previous sets we'd use the lids in the microwave and they would crack and lose their shape. Once we stopped using them in the microwave they held up really well.

Yeah, I bought lids on Amazon. Just use a cover in the microwave, you can usually find them pretty cheap.
