Wow, after a lot of people just a couple of days ago bought their deal, they now throw in a free case? I guess they like people making returns. I'll do that if GameStop matches the deal.

It appears the the credit works on anything sold by Amazon, and digital only refers to the fact that you won't have a physical gift card/code in your hands.

I chatted with Amazon CS and asked if they can give me a credit to buy the case instead of having to return and rebuy and risk the sale price ending soon before the returns were processed. I patiently explained the situation and they got me squared away with the $50 credit to order case on my own

You should be able to accept the refferal now, then when you activate it you will receive the credit

I originally bought with no case. Already delivered. I chatted with CS and they offered to refund my original order so I could rebuy. I asked for a $49 credit to get the carrying case. Instead they offered me a $15 credit. I accepted.
