so after spending ~$100 sending it back, they never send the TV back and they no longer take my calls or stating they didn't receive it or it was not covered whatever... since it was over 3 month, i couldn't get it back from credit card...
i'd recommand against buying it
Look at every high end LED TV and see what kind of panel it has.
You should inform yourself before you post useless comments.....
IPS ("In-Plane Switching") are best for gaming and have better viewing angles.
VA (Vertical Alignment) have better color accuracy and contrast ratio but narrow viewing angles.

IPS are far superior screen color quality. The viewing angle from are good from any angel.
VA only look good if you're viewing from straight ahead, colors could be more muddy.
Look at every high end LED TV and see what kind of panel it has.
