I just installed the Zen32 scene controller in home assistant a few weeks ago and it is totally worth $25. Great scene controller that does exactly what you'd (probably) think. I now have five buttons that can be programmed for an absurd number of functions.
Don't make the same mistake I did if you want a good z-wave smart home. I installed a bunch of GE and Ultrapro switches. While they're reliable, they lack a lot of functionality, like scenes and smart bulbs compatible. These zooz are cheaper, better quality and have all these options.

Good deal. I'm almost done replacing all my switches.
I have ~30 Zooz devices in my house connected through a SmartThings hub. I've gotten them all through The Smartest House. I have nothing but good things to say about the brand and the website. Their technical support is second to none. They are responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about the product. These are some of the most reliable (and affordable) smart home devices I've ever found.

The electrician that installed my wiring (and most of my switches) when I built my house called me a few weeks ago to ask what brand the switches were, he said they were the best smart switches he'd ever installed and he wants to recommend them in the future when a client asks about smart lighting.

They're a small business that probably doesn't have a big support staff. Did you write to them using email?
yeah, I emailed them several times and even asked if they were still in business because systems weren't working and no replies. Thought they went under until a sale was posted…..

any switches that don't require a neutral wire?
Inovelli makes switches that don't need a neutral but may have different functions/options than the Zooz

Mixed opinion from me about Zooz. I have 10 installed and 8 of them work flawlessly. Two of them just stop working randomly, won't operate manually and SmartThings will show them as offline. Fix has always been to cycle the breaker and they work again for a while, but then stop functioning.

Any reviews on zooz water leak sensor? Looking to buy 10 of them.
I bought 2 of these new sensors when they were just released earlier this year. I've had nothing but success with other Zooz products from these guys, but these sensors go offline every day. They're basically useless since they can't trigger my pistons in ST webcore.

Same here. I purchased two when they first came out. They look great (very small), but they go offline all the time. Kinda defeats the purpose.

Have you not just asked them to be replaced? They come with a 5 year warranty and from what I've heard support is very accomodating about replacing bad devices.

My order is getting cancelled due to incorrect fraud prevention on their site,

And customer care is not responding via email or phone. Do they really have customer care that helps?

this is what I am talking about….you are done with them. Nothing will work with them now. Let me know if it does.

I tried using Blueprints, but maybe I'm missing a step to get the other buttons to work?

Any caveats you ran into?

Even the standard on-off Zooz switches can be programmed with something like 12 different scene selections if you can remember what you assign to different multi-taps. The ZEN32 takes that number even further [getzooz.com], but does add much more user friendly buttons.

Are you using Zwave-JS? Does this [home-assistant.io] BP not work?

I have a ton of aqara door/window sensors. They will work with ST or hubitat, (I use both) but are unstable. I wound up getting the aqara hub and they are solid now.

I also have aqara leak sensors and I do believe they will only work with the aqara hub. (TBF I didn't even try the other hubs)

Overall I'm very happy with the sensors.
A cool thing about the hub is has an addressable ring light. I use it to visually tell me the mail is here. (I have a aqara sensor on the mailbox)
Aqara leak sensors does work with ST with custom device handler, but they often loses connection and have to pair them again, it's PIA. But the Aqara motion sensors have been rock solid for me with ST. It's not the device fault, it's the zigbee protocol they say. Many in ST forum suggest having an always on zigbee repeater like the Ikea Tradfri wireless outlet to overcome this issue.

I bought a lot from this place then a couple of months ago, none of my credit cards go through there. I even did their special shop pay and it still voids my checkout. All, even shop pay, works at other places. Emailed them several times and was ignored. Guess I will continue spending my money at other places that want my business….
I haven't seen them active for a few months, but maybe Agnes can speak up here.
