Leave it under direct sunlight for a few hours. If it still doesn't work, you'll probably have to replace the capacitor.

rechargeable batteries in a watch don't offer much advantage over conventional coin battery, yet expensive and complicated to swap out.
What good is crystal sapphire if one is forced to trash whole thing due to exhorbitant cost of replacing battery?
Technically, capacitor and rechargeable works in similar way, but we do not use term capacitor to store energy to be used in considerable amount time, but use the word "battery", Cap is designed to store and discharge completely in rapid succession.
It's just a fancy way of saying it to maze consumers, as a marketing hype.
Sapphire crystal. Very highly scratch resistant.
Titanium case and band considerably less scratch resistant. But quite lightweight and strong.
