Looks like it comes with a two year warranty.. and with the 10% off I'm at $175.04 post taxes.

Yep. I bought the xm3 refurb about two months ago. They arrived looking new just without the box. I've had no issues.

Looks like they also are selling them for same price in blue, I noticed after I ordered black. (Edit diff seller)

I just got them yesterday. $180 from the military deal. I'm coming from Bose qc35. I want to say the these are better in every aspect EXCEPT comfort, you can't toggle devices and when you turn them on they don't connect to iOS. I have to toggle Bluetooth off then off (annoying). I think is a bug. Also on comfort, I'm not sure. Yesterday when they were new, Bose easily won, but I'm wearing them now and the Bose are only like 5% more comfortable
