I might pick up both BTTF advent calendars. Cheaper then the Lego advent calendars at Costco. And these are so much cooler.

The DeLorean looks good. But might hold out until Lego makes the new Back to the Future DeLorean. But the price of this is much less than what the Lego version will cost.

How do these look compared to say a Lego version? Not for play reasons, but more for display reasons.

Thanks, I had purchased several of the Scooby Doo sets when the Playmobil site offered them at 20% off. I just bought more from this deal. If you search Scooby Doo Playmobil and filter Walmart as the seller, there are a couple more sets on sale.

I've only seen the lego one in pictures but to me it looks like a sack of crap compared to the Playmobil one. At least if you're going for something that looks more like the movie version. It's not really a fair comparison since one is solid molded and the other is a brick kit.

But if you just want a display piece Jada makes metal ones from each of the movies. They run about $20 each. I wouldn't get either of these for that purpose.

I've always preferred playmobil to lego. The DeLorean is really nice. Easy to put together and doesn't break apart if you drop it.
