I have it primarily for waiving the online booking fees - it pays for itself with one movie. I also have hundreds of dollars in AMC Rewards that I've accumulated, so I normally just put those towards the renewal.

With the free regal rewards, I believe they give a free small popcorn for your b-day (though you can upgrade to a large for $2 more I believe).
With the free Century rewards, I believe they give a free large drink for your b-day.
