I have been a Microsoft insider for years, but no email. Not sure how I make sure I'm on this list. Appreciate the heads up, but anyone know a little bit more on what steps we need to take to get the invite?

I tried to get a refund for the game and they denied it. Also tried to get a price adjustment on the controller that is now on sale for $10 off and they denied that too because it's a bundle. Pretty lame!

Also, for those who paid with any of their MS gift card/ balance, keep a close eye on your order payment. After the console shipped, they used my entire gift card balance and then still charged my card for the full amount.

Whoa!!! Are you serious? Did your original order email say paid with gift cards? I hope you contacted your card company

Most of the controllers in the bundle cost $49.99.

They have couple of games costing $14.99 (GTA V) AND $17.99 (Mortal Kombat 11). So it's just $65 over base console which is really a good deal considering how difficult it's been to find a Xbox recently.

Currently, Xbox Series X are far more difficult to find/ less produced compared to PS5s!

I got the email yesterday around noon PST and placed an order. My controller already shipped and the console will be here 12/1.

Yep! They charged me the correct amount (total minus gift card) listed in the email and then once it shipped, the pending correct amount dropped and I got hit with the full amount. MS support couldn't figure out what happened so now I have a case open waiting to hear back. I'm hoping I don't have to get my bank involved…

Wow, that's crazy. My console has not shipped but the controller has, so I currently have a pending charge of the balance minus my gift cards. If any additional changes come through I'll definitely stop them through my CC asap.
