I was given a bit of a run around that an adjustment can't be made until the controller is shown as received by me for BOTH the game and controller. So, while very kind, the customer service representative set up a follow up call for Tuesday next week (11/30/21) to finish the adjustments on the items.
One note, I did tell her I was disappointed in the game selection as I tried to add GTA V, but it is already in my One X library, so I had to select a game I didn't want. She said she'll attempt to refund me the full price for Diablo II: Resurrection or she'll attempt to change to another game. I mentioned MK 11 as it is $17.99.
Fingers crossed. I need to chill, I know, as I'm getting a great console and I've got Game Pass so I'm excited, but the sting of this bundle does kinda get to me.
