Just got an email from Microsoft inviting me to buy the XBox X available in limited quantities on Microsoft Online Store.

You have to bundle a game and a controller and it all came out to $720.
I was able to buy one for the delivery date of 12/22

No, I purchased a new lower priced game available in the bundle now over phone with the rep and they issued a refund for the game I initially ordered with the bundle. The bundle had few games when I ordered and more were added later and there were also price updates. Now I see an option for a refund for the new game, and will be requesting it to save some cost.

Best Buy came through, just picked up the Xbox Series X All Access bundle two days early. Still waiting on second fixed link email from Microsoft.

I'm getting this error no matter what type of payment method I try. Tried support multiple times via chat and phone and get assorted unhelpful canned responses. I did buy one Series X via pre-order from MS last year - the most knowledgeable seeming rep thought this could have something to do with the error but said there was nothing she could do to fix it.

I was able to share the personal email to my girlfriend who has her own account. She was able to sign in to her personal account and has access to the bundles as well. She bought a bundle

I got an error submitting my first order but it was due to Chase Fraud Protection. I just had to resubmit my order and it went through fine.
