TP07, TP09, HP07, HP09 and Dyson V15 Detect, and Outsize absolute plus, won't qualify for this discount per dyson rep.

I was also informed that this 20% loyalty discount applies only on the retail price and not the sale prices. Not sure if others had the same response.

Good deal for existing Dyson owners. Able to get an airwrap complete for cheaper than the BB deal yesterday (since that deal required the more expensive color). It also came with 3 free accessories since it was ordered directly from Dyson. Add free shipping (compared to BB pickup) and it's better for most situations, even if you want the more expensive color option.

This is also what I was told, 20% only applies to full price items.

Via chat it's 20% off retail price, not sale price. System only accepts one code, either the sale price or the owner reward price

also said they can't offer discounts on any item already on sale. bummer.

How did you get in touch with their support? Seems like they're closed due to Thanksgiving
