Early Black Friday deal for Amazon Prime members (This price might be available for non-Prime members on Black Friday):

I've tested many of these entry level, native 1080p, LED projectors. This is one of the better models out there. Amazon is littered with terrible projectors that have descriptions that are designed to trick people. This is an actual, "native 1080p" LED projector. For clarification, it "supports" a 4K image input signal but will produce the image in 1080p.
One of the biggest selling points is that this model has dual 10W built in speakers. They won't blow you away but it does get plenty loud enough to use on its own in the backyard, driveway, or around the house without needing to hook up extra sound (I still recommend extra sound). Most other budget LED projectors might have half of the sound output that this one does.
If you are looking for something fun to use with the family for movie nights or are just looking to dip your toes into the world of projectors, this is a good price for a budget model.
Disclaimer: I enjoy home theater and have premium equipment. I still appreciate what these budget models can give you for a fun, portable, inexpensive package.
These make excellent Christmas gifts for your children, nieces, or nephews. I'm like a big child so, if you are anything like me, it's a fun gift for yourself too.

Additional Disclaimer (because this post isn't long enough already): if you search Amazon for, "native 1080p projector", there seem to be other, well-reviewed budget 1080p LED projectors for even better prices for Amazon Prime members. I am leaving this post up because I have actual experience testing this model but I don't want people to miss out on even better prices if they want to read up on some of the other offerings. In a quick search I saw at least one that was under $80 with coupons and Prime member savings.
Enjoy!

Stay away from these cheap projector. All of them are crappy. Uneven focus, color are off. Loud as fck.. they are not a real projector.. spend little bit more and get a real projector!
What is, "a real projector"? How much is, "a little bit more"?
I have a home theater with an Epson 6030UB. These budget models are just that, budget. For what you pay, you can get a fantastic device.

OP change says "Early Black Friday deal for Amazon Prime members." If the emphasis is on "Early Black Friday," then maybe the same price will be available on BF for non-Prime members.
Good point. I'll update now

Dlp/3lcd .. the knockoffs projectors are just a 6 inch lcd panel that projects out … it's like a diy projector .. you could get a decent projector around 300 at this time of the year..

So 3X the price. My point exactly. These are fun projectors, even for the home theater initiated. Nobody is advocating that you build a dedicated home theater with these.

I've learned these cheap Chinese Amazon projectors are mostly junk. It's better to buy a used Epson, BenQ, or optoma on eBay.
The specs on these are mostly made up and completely a lie.

Lol yeah, the specs listed on these things are pretty laughable. I can't imagine how many people have fallen for their dishonest marketing tactics. It seems like a ton of the different brands even use the same product images.
However, I will say that I've tested a couple dozen budget, native 1080p models from Amazon and this one was better than probably 80% of the others, if not more. Some were just terrible with bad color accuracy. Some had terrible edge focus. This one was pretty good for what it is.
This particular model is sold under at least two other brands with different names (probably mass produced and purchased in bulk by Chinese companies). One of the other brands markets it as the Vivimage Explore 3. Here is a good review video that shows what someone buying this could expect by way of quality:

It's pretty incredible what some of these budget LED projectors can do nowadays. The better ones have gotten surprisingly good in recent years. The bad ones are exactly how you described, junk.

Thanks - got one to use for holiday window projections. It'll be much brighter than my garbage all in one holiday projectors without question.

If so, at least it'll be an easy return.

Thanks for the great description, but I'm more interested in knowing about the brightness and clarity of the image versus other budget projectors you have tested. Thank you

My kids can't tell the difference. For the 4 times a year we watch movies outside. They're more concerned about the snacks. I have a junk projector and were happy.

Same - just had the price increase and the promo discount go down. Don't think I'm going to pull the trigger at $150 after coupon and reading some of the comments in here.
