Having all kinds of issues with their website. Some orders are going through, but most recently are not. My credit card is being charged full amount, but my order history only indicates tax being charged, and Qty is "0". Order numbers are being assigned. I am either going to get 5 identical items or zero.

Looks like there are also some limited 25% off sales at REI and Backcountry as well. Perhaps folks will have better luck at these sites.

The code should work for items not on the exclusion list, but I've had some challenges trying to checkout with the discount as well.

I have had the discount show up in the cart, but then the server times out during the checkout process.

I've tried various browsers, some private and some not.

If this is an issue on their end, hopefully they will get it resolved soon.

Same here. I have multiple orders now, but only want one of them. Credit card has been 'authorized' and the charges are pending.

Same experience. Credit card charged but shows up in my order history with qty 0 and only tax charged. No order confirmation email.

Check out is messed up. Error on payment screen. But credit card was charged multiple times. Account history show multiple same orders but showing 0 quantity and $0 and no email confirmation.

These stuffs are expensive as hell but the quality is best in class. I have a ski jacket that is over 10 years old and still as good and as waterproof as new.
