Was hoping for a better deal from HP. Last year they had the 4700u, with backlit keyboard and 1920x1080 (non touch) for $400.

To make this equal, you're talking $180 more, but I guess you get a touch screen. I just don't think a touch screen is worth $180.

The touch was another $50 on that deal. With the chip shortage this year though, I doubt if we would see those numbers again.. I was lucky enough to get that 400 one, and then another $50 off coz they could not deliver on time for christmas.
