Same across the board with the cancellation, no email, no coupon

You can bet a lifes worth of Military discounts that they WONT be emailing them 20% coupons today during Cyber Monday, you'll get em after everythings back at retail

Such a shit organization, easy reminder of why I stopped shopping with them pre 2010

Never got cancellation email but it shows canceled in online orders. So bummed. Knew there was a good chance it would happen but felt hopeful when it said "sent to fulfiller".

My Sonos beam is out for delivery, though. I just don't have a TV for it now lmao.

I doubt we will be getting anything from AAFES. Coupon is a pipe dream, and would likely have mad restrictions anyway.

Customer service told me via phone at 10AM MST today that 800+ orders were canceled/rejected by Vizio. Not clear that it was all for this model or split across multiple SKUs.

The rep said an email would be going out today or tomorrow and a coupon would be issued, though he did not have info on amounts or restrictions. Said there was not anything he could do to get the coupon out faster, and acknowledged that the coupon might come after today's sales end. Seemed that there have been a lot of calls about this, I wasn't his first.

CSR I spoke with said no GC or coupon will be coming for anyone that had an order cancelled. She offered me 10% off my next order via my complaining, but that was it. According to her, nothing being sent out to anyone, so I wouldn't count on that.
