Was stick drift a persistent issue that was formally acknowledged, and if so, anyone know if it's been corrected with these? I've definitely had issues with my white one that came with the system but I thought I remembered reading the issue had been fixed and was never a problem with the black or red.

You got a lemon. 21 thousand reviews on Amazon of which 7 mention stick drift.

There's also a seller refurb "grade A" that might just be an open box return for $49 (and the 10% 10VIPFIRST works on it too), but I personally decided it was worth the extra $9 (after coupon) to get the brand new one.
