Do you know if there any with wifi and zwave/zigbee in case wifi goes down? I keep eyeing the Eufy wifi lock but their keys seem hard to replicate
If you have 20 switches or light bulbs you want in your ecosystem, smart garage, smart water sprinkler, 5 people with 2 devices each, that's 32 devices loaded onto your router, which can impacts your wifi. Your wifi might be more impacted if you run on slower speeds. Having it on the zwave splits that up.

Ohh I was under the impression of wifi goes down, you can still control zwave/zigbee with a hub like smarthings or hubitat

Calling Kwikset customer service will result in auto hanging up. (Try it +18003275625 no matter what option you choose, it will hang up on you). I was able to reach someone once after 20 tries and they reported there was a firmware update recently and I needed to be w/I Bluetooth range in order to update it. The only problem is.... I would have to fly to another state to be in front of this lock to do this update (how is this "smart device" again?). This lock has been a nightmare.
