Although the pictures look like impact bits, they are not. The set you get don't even look like the pictures on Lowes page. I bought these and they are straight steel shanks. The Q&A on Lowe's page has an answer from Dewalt stating that they are not impact ready.

I bought either this kit or very similar a few months ago and it is very nice. The smaller sets click together. I bought 3 sets for presents

I've seen these instore at Home Depot. They are price point quality. With that being said, these are good for a home owner who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on the more expensive sets. If you want a higher quality bit from Dewalt. I recommend FlexTorq. Acme Tools has a decent set https://www.acmetools.com/dewalt-...2wQAvD_BwE

Until DeWalt decides to acknowledge hex/Allen exist, I'll likely never buy a bit set from them. Got an amazing Ryobi set last year on a random sale, and specifically sought it out because of hex.

Have they changed the case design on these? I bought a set of these 5 years ago and they are a PIA to place back in the case.
