Here is some info (I have these)... The link to Walmart has the correct pictures of what you'll actually get from Lowes. Straight steel shank, not the tapered impact looking ones Lowes shows on their website. Although the package shows that these are for both drill and impact, DeWalt themselves say that these are NOT impact rated.

I'm almost never using these 1" bits. I'd really like to find a kit that is at least 2" bits. This is a good deal if you're good with the 1" bits.

I just purchased this set and I am very happy so far. The bits seem to be good quality and each box snaps together for easy storage. I am a new homeowner and this is a great starter set. Don't make the rookie mistake I did and put the non-impact bits in your impact driver or you'll need to purchase some vise grips too Ha ha

P.S. I complimented these with this ratcheting screwdriver and bit set from TEKTON. Between these two sets I've had everything I've needed so far.

I can confirm it is exactly what shows on the picture. I just picked it up at the store.

They also have the Black and Gold Flex Torq set on sale for the same price.

That is strange. DeWalt must have two versions of this set floating around. I bought this exact set from Lowes online (same set the link in this deal leads to) and they don't look like the set on Lowes site at all, they look like the ones in the Walmart link in the 1st post. The item # on the set I received is correct, they just don't look like the pictures on Lowes website. But, no matter what they look like, for anyone buying these DeWalt replied to a question on the Lowes page for them and said they are not impact rated.

I use the 1" bits with the magnetic bit holder. They are great, and I prefer them to the 2" bits.

Are these bits universal? Can they be used with any impact screw driver?
I just got the Bosch 12v deal on lowes too and looking to get compatible kit.

Mine does not look at all like the Walmart set looks identical to Lowes picture. Just picked it up.

Now the question is this 110 set or the 100 piece flextorq for the same price... I'm leaning towards option 2 and returning the 110 piece. Any recommendations?
