Finally received my order from thanksgiving today and it was DOD Frown Customer service is asking to deal with LG Partner Support on email for return (they still haven't replied to my email from thanksgiving day)

Sorry to hear that. it doesn't turn on or is it damaged? Now the LG partner support is more responsive. You should receive a response soon.

It arrived only yesterday, haven't heard back from them yet. I am assuming I will have to pack it and their delivery team will haul it away.

Can you tell me how you contacted them ? support at lgpartnerstore.com and lgpartnersmall.com both seem unresponsive.

It's using their support email. Reached out for cancellation and shipping delays. When I tried to call them, I was always asked to email them as they can't handle orders through this site.
