Is there any non-stick coating on the inside of 4QT? Why does it not require seasoning? Outside is enamel coated which is fine for me.

The interior is also enameled and it becomes "seasoned" through use. All they really require is a little respect and a good soak in soapy water before cleaning. Maintenance is simple.

I have yet to have an order cancelled because something shows OOS after purchase. Usually, once you make an order, that product was guaranteed in stock at that time and stock only ticks down once the order is finalized (and you receive your confirmation email).
