That is not my personal experience. Yes, if you use a Grubhub promo code, you must use a credit card or Paypal. However, in this case, these are not promo codes, these are gift card codes that will load into your Grubhub account as a Gift Card balance and valid payment method. You can use a promo code with an order and it will take the balance off of your Gift card balance first as the payment method and it there isn't enough of a balance to pay for the entire order, it will take the remainder from a credit card or Paypal.I've had a giftcard balance on my Grubhub account for a long time and never had a problem using a promo code with an order and paying with my gift card balance. Again, that's been my personal experience.

Edited to Add: When checking out, whether you use a promo code or not, on payment method, you have to scroll down on the payment methods and Gift Cards should be listed right under your credit cards. . Just hit "Apply Your Gift Cards".

Yup, been 20 minutes here, nothing yet. Not expecting it any time soon, probably will take a few hours. Just curious if anyone used Apple Pay? My Apple Pay email is different than my grub hub email, anyone know which email it will go to?

If you received the confirmation email, but didn't receive the emails with the gift cards go to the bottom of the confirmation email. There's a link to take you to the website where you can access the gift cards you bought.The promotional gift card is there and you can resend the email for the purchased one.
