I think that you meant to say that the processor is two years old… Yep. Not a good deal, as even intel's newer quad-cores have come along way in these last two years.
Igpu is non-iris and only has 24 execution units, while 1135g7 has 80eu and 1165g7 has 96eu making them much better at tasks that require any graphical computations.
This is a rather nice and expensive office laptop. Good for school, but expensive for that…
