It's a group of Youtubers that hunt for the greatest deals and share them on their channels because it's it's CRIME to pay full price.
I think he's referring to a different packout (3 drawer) that he bought and not this 3 unit rolling packout combo

You have to look harder to get the Packout with the crate for $179. I have not found the store but have a picture from Tool Boss. I can get the deal at $179 because I get a veteran discount. The 3 drawer packout deal you will have to search for JoetheToolGuy. I am not posting here.
The Milwaukee Packout is a lot more expensive but it's more versatile, stable, and customizable system.
