that's nice and all, but for future reference generally coming in with "this sucks" is considered unhelpful, especially given the lack of comparable alternatives or performance failures offered as evidence.

Pretty annoying the leather kit was Treasure Truck for $30 two weeks ago. Need to figure out if they'll make me return it or just refund the difference. With free returns and free shipping, wouldn't it cost Amazon more to make me return it?

No doubt cheaper, but that's their policy. Hopefully everyone remembers it's not the customer service rep on the other end of the phone that makes the policy, they have no option but to do a return.

I got a gallon of leather cleaner for $20.01, pretty good IMO. Maybe it has been cheaper, but I run through the little bottles in no time at all and this will save me some money
