This TV is good for the price. If you're handy with android and tinkering, I would enable dev mode and debloat this thing.
Check out XDA or other resource for more
For mine, I did
- Disable animation speeds
- Debloat
- Change and replaced the ad filled launcher with mlauncher.
- Remap home button with Button Mapper
The results are silky smooth expience.
As for the hardware, the stands can be installed in 2 positions - one is closer to the edge and the other is closer to the center. The stands look tiny and extremely wide.

What rebate?
It's a separate offer that shows up when you search for "hisense."

No, BB isn't listed as a participating seller. Bummer.
2 macbooks, 2 dongles, 3 HDMI cables, every now and then I could get one to work but most of the time "Weak or No Signal". Changing the HDMI inputs to/from "enhanced" did not help. Factory reset did not help. My old Chromecast worked fine also, only Macbooks have been a problem. The port would light in the list as being connected but did not work 85% of the time. Feels like a firmware issue.
Most of the time I'm connected to a Windows HTPC so this is maybe not a problem but perhaps worth mentioning for others particularly if the TV might be used for presentations.
Otherwise it's an impressive TV but the default choices for the picture settings (Vivid, Normal, Energy Saving, etc.) are pretty weird and need to be manually adjusted. Unless "Normal" is supposed to be "very pink".
