If you want to delete your account and you used hide my email sign out of the app and sign in using the hide my email address found in hide my email in settings and put forgot password and reset the password then login using your hide my email instead of apple sign in. Did this and works plus you can now delete account if you want to

If you created an account using your Apple ID and want to delete it, log out and then choose "forgot password" and then enter the email address used (either the one Apple created if you hide your email or your real one if you did not). They will email you a password reset link which you can use to reset the password. Then log back into the app and delete the account using that password. Finally go into the iCloud Password & Security settings to "Apps Using Apple ID" and delete Teleprompter.
