Any restrictions on bonus cards if both can be used together? Outback has similar deal but cards can only be used during specified periods of time and can't overlap with each other so only 1 can be used each time.

Typically, anything noted as "bonus" is limited to one per visit. Will work out for me as my Amex credit card has $10 credit each month when used at a restaurant. So will use the Bonus card and then difference to my Amex, that's $20 savings for each of the two visits. Might just be real frugal mofo and use $10 bonus, $10 on Amex and difference on the gift card. Smilie

OP, do you know if they can be used for To Go orders, or are they for dine in only? If they can be used at applebees.com, it would seem take out is OK, but you mention "one card per table", so I'm not sure.
