This would be great if it had 24/7 recording option since it is wired. The little wired indoor cams have 24/7. I have a couple of the older ones and miss some activities when recording times out and the subject has move slightly out of the motion detection range.

Does anyone know if the motion detection range has been improved over the old model? Do the motion zones work better? The older cam range seemed very short, especially if the cam is mounted higher. The motion activity zones didn't work well on the older cam.

This looks like a great floodlight camera except for the tiny unexpandable internal storage. A lot of less expensive competitor products support up to a 128 GB microSDXC card.
